Whatever your heart desires, from a posh frock to wellies, we want you to just say “I Do”.Our wedding packages are all based on a 2 night stay over to give you plenty of time to relax, unwind and snuggle up before getting all excited again as you get ready for your ceremony. We know our couples enjoy having sometime afterwards too, to stay in the zone and make the most of such a special time together. If you want to stay longer, it’s easy to add extra nights.
We don’t have any rooms the same, each one has something unique. You can find out about them here and choose the one that suits you best. Hugged by private courtyards, the luxurious Hiding Places, Nook and Cranny, pop with colour and character, blending eye-catching design with luxe, cosy comforts, such as a dive-into-me beds, wood-burner in Cranny and out door sauna in Nook, both have their own hot tubs. The Hideaway offers rustic lux, colour and romance in abundance, set within it’s own Cornish oasis and enchanted garden and it’s own roll-top gypsy caravan. The Hayloft has disabled access and shower and an adjoining upstairs room if you are bringing your young ones to celebrate with you. The Lawnside Suite and Garden Suite are in the main house and have their own conservatories to enjoy the winter light. These gorgeous spots beg you to relax, unwind and indulge on your wedding day and honeymoon too.

The Shack is perfect for winter ceremonies with it’s warming fire and twinkly lights. Some couples choose The Wed Shed on crispy winter days with blue skies when it’s great to be outside in the winter sun.
Our gardens are beautiful all year round, giving your wedding photo’s backdrops of autumn leaves, snow drops or the daffodils that we often have before Christmas, as well as our graffiti wall giving a blast of colour against a dramatic winter sky.
After the ceremony cosy up with a cream tea or canapés and cake, either in the warmth of your suite or The Party Shed.
Couples who can’t bear to be parted from their dog on their special intimate wedding day love it at Lower Barns, where you can stay in either The Hayloft or The Hideaway. There are so many places to go with dogs near Lower Barns, with the Lost Gardens of Heligan being a firm favourite. Lunch there is fabulous too. There are miles of coastline on the South West Coast path and loads of beaches to visit too. Lots of beaches only allow dogs from October to Easter which is a great big added bonus to a winter elopement wedding! The Kings Woods go most of the way between Pentewan and St Austell, with a trail beside the river and winding paths all the way through the trees, it’s close to Lower Barns and a top spot for dog lovers.
