WEDDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
On payment of deposit you agree to our terms and conditions below:
Your booking is confirmed on receipt of deposit (not refundable).
Should you be forced to postpone your booked date, the original deposit paid to Lower Barns may be transferred to another date (subject to availability) within 3 months of the original date, on condition that Lower Barns is successful in selling the original date.
The full balance must be one month before the wedding.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to Lower Barns by themselves, a subcontractor or their guests and shall pay for such damage or loss of business caused as a result.
Our ‘bring your booze’ arrangements mean that guests are responsible for uncorking and serving all drinks.
Music must be turned off by 11.00 pm.
The Party Shed must be vacated by midnight (according to our legal licence).
All extra’s must be paid for before your wedding.
Photo’s taken by Lower Barns staff can be used for advertising.
We strongly advise that you insure yourselves appropriately.
